Kavoe is a Sportswear + Lifestyle brand. A brand whose roots are firmlv in sports fashion, but is also focused in everyday street
and casual wear. The fastest growing market in clothing for men is street wear, and for women is sport liesure wear. Kavoe is
poised to capture both growing segments and is incredibly easy to grasp by the average consumer. Owning and rocking a
Kavoe product will become the new and hottest item on the street.
While creating the Kavoe brand, I was tasked to create a design that would incorporate the hourglass as the brand's icon and
still remain relatable to the brand name. At the same time I had to make the "Kavoe" wordmark possible to be used on it's own.
- To create something as unique as Kavoe's concept, I had to escape the mainstream.
Kavoe
In New South Wales, Australia, a team of entrepreneurs launched Smickz, a premium air freshener brand featuring unique
scents inspired by fruity and exotic flavors. Their goal is to let Australians "Experience the true essence of Australia" in their
homes and cars.
- The brand logo uses a bold sans-serif font with a retro yet modern feel, ensuring legibility and a strong brand image.
- The black and white color scheme allows for versatile integration into products and marketing, with the logo positioned to
suggest a positive trajectory.
- The client aimed for a product design for the Smickz air freshener that conveys information and enhances brand image. My
solution was to create a product design that features a modern look with a soft color gradient and clear imagery, ensuring
clarity with minimalist text to appeal to a wide audience and reflect the Australian spirit. The packaging also includes a vibrant
color gradient and illustrations to attract attention while conveying product benefits, aligning with the brand's fun and fresh
identity.
